JAM PROPOSAL:
The rules are simple -- call dibs on any one of your favorite female cartoon/comic book/video game/OC characters, and draw them as a waitress at Hooters. They can be pieces ranging from full "on the job" scenes, to simple poses in the trademark uniform.
